5. PRIMARY EDUCATION PROVISION TO SERVE THE WHITELEY AREA

To consider a confidential report seeking authorisation for the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services to negotiate with landowners of the preferred sites for the new primary school in Whiteley. This follows approval by the Cabinet of an earlier report in July 2005.
