1. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
All Members who believe they have a personal or a personal prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare their personal interest and having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed. 6. VISIT OF THE BRITISH AIRPORTS AUTHORITY
(a) To receive a presentation from British Airports Authority (BAA), the owners of Southampton International Airport on an outline Master Plan for the airport for public consultation which has been developed in response to the Government White Paper `The Future of Air Transport' and sets out the strategy for growth at the airport up until 2030.
(b) To receive a report of the Director of Environment which considers the County Council's response to the consultation document prepared by British Airports Authority on its Outline Master Plan for Southampton International Airport.

7. RAIL FREIGHT DEVELOPMENTS IN HAMPSHIRE (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the Director of Environment which informs Members of the
latest position regarding the prospects for further development of rail freight in the
county and the constraints which are preventing capacity increases
8. SPEED MANAGEMENT SERVICE (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the Director of Environment which sets out the key findings
and interim recommendations following a Service Improvement Review of the
activities of the Environment Department in the field of Speed Management.
9. LOCAL TRANSPORT PLAN UPDATE (SMARTER CHOICES)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment which proposes a policy annex
on `smarter choices' for inclusion in the full Local Transport Plan (LTP).
10. SCHOOL TRAVEL PLANS/SAFER ROUTES TO SCHOOLS

To consider a report of the Director of Environment which sets out progress to date
in delivering the County Council's school travel plan and safer routes to schools
programme.
11. ENVIRONMENT POLICY REVIEW COMMITTEE FORWARD PLAN

To consider a report of the Chief Executive and Director of Environment setting out
issues which the Committee may wish to discuss at future meetings.
