    To consider the report of the Director of Environment setting out two proposed alternatives to supervision charge.

7. PLANNING AND CONSENTS

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment concerning the following consents/planning applications:

    a) Eastlands Boatyard

    b) Universal Marina

    c) Riverside Boatyard

    d) Royal Southern Yacht Club

8. APPROACHES TO MAIN CHANNEL - PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS

    To consider the report of the Director of Environment proposing modifications to the layout of moorings, bouyage and navigation lights to improve the navigational safety of the channel.

9. BOAT CAPACITY OF THE RIVER HAMBLE

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment addressing the issue of the boat capacity of the River Hamble.

10. RIVER HAMBLE HARBOUR DUES

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment outlining proposed changes to the regime and charges for Harbour Dues chargeable to leisure users of the River Hamble.

11. MARINE DIRECTOR'S CURRENT ISSUES

To consider a report of the Director of Environment highlighting a number of current issues on the River Hamble.

12. ITEMS FOR FUTURE MEETINGS

    To highlight any items for inclusion on a future agenda.
