    To consider the report of the Director of Environment providing an update on transport schemes within the 2005/06 Capital Programme.

6. UPDATE ON HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE AND MINOR CAPITAL WORKS PROGRAMMES 2005/06

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment outlining progress with regard to the 2005/06 Highway Maintenance and Minor Capital Works Programmes, and giving an update on the 2005/06 Highway Maintenance Budget.

7. TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PROGRAMMES

    To consider the report of the Director of Environment covering the main programmes of traffic management work in the Test Valley District area in 2005/06.

8. CASUALTY REDUCATION PROGRAMMES

    To consider the report of the Director of Environment outlining progress on the Hampshire County Council and Hampshire and Isle of Wight Safety Camera Partnership casualty reduction programmes for 2005/06, together with road casualty reduction progress in Hampshire against the Government's targets.

9. TRAVEL PLAN PROGRAMMES

    To consider the report of the Director of Environment providing a progress update on the workplace and school travel planning programmes for the Test Valley area. The report also includes an update on the Safer Routes to Schools programme.

10. OTHER HIGHWAY RELATED PROGRAMMES

    To consider the report of the Director of Environment covering a range of activities undertaken by specialist teams within the Environment Department.

11. PASSENGER TRANSPORT REPORT

    To consider the report of the Director of Environment detailing the position on local bus service support, describing the evolving Passenger Transport Strategy, and providing an update on bus contract retendering and infrastructure improvements through three Quality Bus Partnership schemes.
