    To consider a report of the Chief Planning Adviser on proposed variations of conditions at Frith Lane Landfill Site, Wickham to extend the period for restoration from 31 October 2005 to 31 July 2006 requiring the importation of further soils and restoration materials to enable the restoration to be completed.
