5. HARBOUR MASTER'S REPORT

To consider a report of the Director of Environment summarising the activities and events on the River from 19 August 2005.

6. ALTERNATIVES TO THE SUPERVISION CHARGE

To consider the report of the Director of Environment setting out two proposed alternatives to supervision charge.

7. PLANNING AND CONSENTS

To consider a report of the Director of Environment concerning a consents/planning applications submitted by the Riverside Boatyard (Foulkes Boatyard).

8. APPROACHES TO MAIN CHANNEL - PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS

To consider the report of the Director of Environment proposing modifications to the layout of moorings, bouyage and navigation lights to improve the navigational safety of the channel.

9. BOAT CAPACITY OF THE RIVER HAMBLE

To consider a report of the Director of Environment addressing the issue of the boat capacity of the River Hamble.

10. RIVER HAMBLE HARBOUR DUES

To consider a report of the Director of Environment outlining proposed changes to the regime and charges for Harbour Dues chargeable to leisure users of the River Hamble.

11. MARINE DIRECTOR'S CURRENT ISSUES

To consider a report of the Director of Environment highlighting a number of current issues on the River Hamble.

12. ITEMS FOR FUTURE MEETINGS

To highlight any items for inclusion on a future agenda.

13. DATE OF NEXT MEETING

The next meeting of the Board will be held on Thursday 15 December 2005 at 11.00 a.m. in Bursledon Village Hall.
