6. LOCAL TRANSPORT PLAN UPDATE (Report herewith)
To consider the report of the Director of Environment providing an update on the development of the full Local Transport Plan (LTP), which is required to be completed by 31 March 2006.
7. CAPITAL PROGRAMME AND SCHEME ASSESSMENT
(Report herewith)
To consider the report of the Director of Environment discussing the five year transport capital programme put forward in the County Council's provisional Local Transport Plan and proposing a way forward for finalising the 2006/07 programme and developing the details of the programme for the remainder of the five year LTP period.
8. THE PROVISIONAL LOCAL TRANPSORT PLAN 2006-2011 :
AREA STRATEGIES AND ACCESSIBILITY

To consider the report of the Director of Environment including those sections
of the provisional Local Transport Plan relating specifically to the Central
Strategy Area and outlining how work on accessibility initiatives and
improvements will be progressed in Hampshire.
9. WINCHESTER PARK AND RIDE
To receive an oral update from the Director of Environment on the Winchester
Park and Ride operation.
