To consider a report of the Director of Environment outlining progress on the 2005/06 Highway Maintenance and Minor Capital Works Programmes and providing an update on the 2005/06 Highway Maintenance Budget.

To consider a report of the Director of Environment providing a progress
update on the main programmes of traffic management work in the
Winchester area in 2005/06.
9. CASUALTY REDUCTION PROGRAMME (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the Director of Environment outlining progress on the Hampshire County Council and Hampshire and Isle of Wight Safety Camera Partnership casualty reduction programmes for 2005/06, together with the road casualty reduction progress in Hampshire against the Government's targets.

To consider a report of the Director of Environment providing a progress update on the workplace and school travel planning programmes for the Winchester area, together with information on a recently completed county-wide personalised travel planning project. It also includes an update on Safer Routes to Schools programme for schemes within the Winchester area.

To consider a report of the Director of Environment detailing the position on
local bus service support this year, describing the evolving Passenger
Transport Strategy for the future.
12. MIRACLES PROGRESS REPORT (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the Director of Environment setting out progress to date in developing and implementing the MIRACLES Project.
13. OTHER HIGHWAY RELATED PROGRAMMES (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the Director of Environment detailing the programmes
for Street Lighting, Country Towns Initiative, Bridgeworks, Intelligent
Transport Systems and Development Related Works.
