1. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

5. LOCAL TRANSPORT PLAN UPDATE

    To consider the report of the Director of Environment providing an update on the development of the full Local Transport Plan which is required to be completed by 31 March 2006.

6. CAPITAL PROGRAMME AND SCHEME ASSESSMENT

    To consider the report of the Director of Environment discussing the five year transport capital programme put forward in the County Council's provisional Local Transport Plan and proposing a way forward for finalising the 2006/07 programme and developing the details of the programme for the remainder of the five year LTP period.

7. THE PROVISIONAL LOCAL TRANSPORT PLAN 2006-2011: AREA STRATEGIES AND ACCESSIBILITY

    To consider the report of the Director of Environment including those sections of the provisional Local Transport Plan relating specifically to the New Forest Strategy Area and outlining how work on accessibility initiatives and improvements will be progressed in Hampshire.

8. NEW FOREST TRANSPORT STRATEGY UPDATE

    To consider the report of the Director of Environment giving an update on recent decisions impacting on the strategy area.
