    To consider a report of the Director of Environment providing an update on transport schemes within the 2005/06 Capital Programme which includes schemes carried over from the 2004/05 Programme.

6. UPDATE ON HIGHWAY AND MINOR WORKS PROGRAMME

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment on the progress made on the 2005/06 Highway Maintenance Programme Capital Minor Works Programme, and an update on the 2005/06 Highway Maintenance Budget

7. OTHER HIGHWAY RELATED PROGRAMMES

                  (Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment detailing programmes on Street Lighting, Country Towns Initiative, Bridgeworks, Intelligent Transport Systems, and Development Related Works for the East Hampshire area.

8. TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME (Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment which outlines the main

    programmes of traffic management work in the East Hampshire area for 2005/06. This year's programme, which is entirely capital funded for the first time, includes traffic regulation orders, signing and lining and traffic calming schemes.

9. CASUALTY REDUCTION PROGRAMME (Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment which outlines the progress made on the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Safety Camera Partnership casualty reduction programmes for 2005/06, including road casualty reduction progress made in Hampshire against the Government's targets.

10. TRAVEL PLAN PROGRAMMES (Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment on a progress update on the workplace and school travel planning programme, together with information on a county-wide personalised travel planning project and the Safer Routes to School programme for schemes within the East Hampshire area.

11. PASSENGER TRANSPORT REPORT (Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment detailing the position of on local bus service support for 2005/06 and describing the evolving Passenger Transport Strategy for the future.
