To consider a report of the Director of Environment on the progress made on the 2005/06 Highway Maintenance Programme and Minor Works Schemes and an update on the 2005/06 Highway Maintenance budget.

To consider a report of the Director of Environment detailing programmes on Street Lighting, Regeneration of Older Urban Areas, Bridgeworks, Intelligent Transport Systems, and Development Related Works.

To consider a report of the Director of Environment which outlines the progress made on the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Safety Camera Partnership casualty reduction programmes for 2005/06, including road casualty reduction progress made in Hampshire against the Government's targets.
9. TRAVEL PLAN PROGRAMMES (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the Director of Environment on a progress update on the workplace and school travel planning programme, together with information on a county-wide personalised travel planning project and the Safer Routes to School programme for schemes within the Havant area.
10. PASSENGER TRANSPORT REPORT (Report herewith)
To consider the report of the Director of Environment which provides details of the position on the local bus service support for 2005/06, an update on the Quality Bus Partnership, the position on the Hayling Ferry subsidy and describes the evolving future Passenger Transport Strategy.
11. TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME 2005/06 (Report herewith)
To consider the report of the Head of Technical Services, Havant Borough Council which outlines the main programmes of traffic management work undertaken by the Borough Council within the Havant area for 2005/06.
