    To consider the report of the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services detailing the updated Food Service Plan.

7. SIR HAROLD HILLIER GARDENS - UPDATE ON LOCAL PLAN CONSIDERATIONS

To consider the report of the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services concerning the content of the Planning Inspector's report into the Test Valley Local Plan, and in particular the content of the report affecting the development and protection of the Sir Harold Hillier Gardens.
