2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
All Members who believe they have a personal or a personal prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare their personal interest and having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed. The declaration should be made at the time of the relevant debate.

6. ALTERNATIVES TO THE SUPERVISION CHARGE
To consider the decision of the River Hamble Harbour Board following the call-in procedure being exercised in accordance with the Constitution. As the basis for discussion, the following documents are attached:-
a) The Minute of the Decision reached by the River Hamble Harbour Board on 21 October 2005.
b) The draft Minute of the River Hamble Harbour Management Committee on 10 October relating to this item.
c) The original report of the Director of Environment
7. HARBOUR MASTER'S REPORT
To consider a report of the Director of Environment summarising the activities and events on the River from 8 September 2005.
8. RIVER HAMBLE SERVICE DELIVERY PLAN 2006/07
To consider the report of the Director of Environment setting out a draft service delivery plan for the River Hamble Harbour Authority for the financial year 2006/07.
9. RIVER HAMBLE BUDGET REPORT - REVISED 2005/06 BUDGET AND FORWARD 2006/07 BUDGET
To consider the joint report of the Director of Environment and County Treasurer presenting the draft revised budget for 2005/06 and the draft forward budget for 2006/07, as well as the proposed charges for 2007.

To consider a report of the Director of Environment concerning a planning application made by the Royal Southern Yacht Club.
11. REPLACEMENT OF THE HARBOUR MASTER'S JETTY AT WARSASH
To consider the report of the Director of Environment updating Members regarding plans for the replacement of the Harbour Master's jetty.
12. A VISITOR STRATEGY FOR THE RIVER HAMBLE
To consider a report of the Director of Environment examining the role of the River Hamble Harbour Authority in provision of facilities for visitors to the River, and proposing some possible alternatives to the current visitor partnership.
13. MARINE DIRECTOR'S CURRENT ISSUES
To consider a report of the Director of Environment highlighting a number of current issues on the River Hamble.
14. BOAT CAPACITY OF THE RIVER HAMBLE
To consider the oral report of the Chairman of the Boat Capacity Working Group on progress made since the previous Committee meeting.
15. A GLOSSERY OF TERMS FOR INCLUSION IN THE STRATEGIC PRINCIPLES TO GUIDE THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE RIVER HAMBLE
To consider the oral report of the Chairman of the relevant working group on progress made since the previous Committee meeting.
