6. EXTENSION TO THE HOUSEHOLD WASTE RECYCLING CENTRES CONTRACT (JANUARY 2006 - DECEMBER 2006/DECEMBER 2007)

    To consider the report of the Director of Environment concerning the Household Waste Recycling Centres Contract.

7. DESIGN PROJECT APPRAISAL: LEIGH PARK CRAFTS INITIATIVE, HAVANT

To consider the report of the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services detailing the project appraisal for a new Community Crafts Teaching Building at Bishopstoke Road, Havant.

8. DESIGN PROJECT APPRAISAL: TROSNANT INFANT AND JUNIOR SCHOOL CAMPUS - TROSPACC FULL DAY CARE PROVISION

    To consider the report of the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services detailing the project appraisal for a Trospacc full day-care provision on the Trosnant Infant and Junior School site.

9. RISK MANAGEMENT STRATEGY FOR THE BUILT ESTATE 2004/05

    To consider the report of the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services updating Members on the risk management strategy for the Built Estate. In addition the report updates Members on the Health and Safety Review Programme implemented in schools since 2002.

10. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC

RECOMMENDATION:

That, by virtue of paragraph 9 of Part I of Schedule 12A of the Local

Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded for the remainder of

the meeting.

PART II - CONFIDENTIAL ITEMS

11. SPECIAL EDUCATION PROVISION, LEIGH PARK, HAVANT - LAND AT WOOLSTON ROAD AND FORMER PARK HOUSE PRIMARY SCHOOL (CONFIDENTIAL)

    To consider the confidential report of the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services concerning the development strategy for the provision of a new Behavioural, Emotional and Social Difficulties Special School (BESD) and an Education Centre within Leigh Park, Havant.

12. LAND TO THE REAR OF ROMSEY LIBRARY (CONFIDENTIAL)

    To consider the confidential report of the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services concerning the disposal of land to the rear of Romsey Library.
