2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
All Members who believe they have a personal or personal prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare their personal interest and, having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed. The declaration should be made at the time of the relevant debate.

To confirm the Minutes of the meeting held on 29 September 2005.
4. DEPUTATIONS
To receive a deputation from Rev Lyons and Rev van der Toorn of Holbury about cycleways and footpaths from Rushington roundabout along road A326 and in the parish of Fawley.
5. CHAIRMAN'S COMMUNICATIONS
To receive such communications as the Chairman may wish to put before the Council.
6. LEADER'S REPORT
To receive such reports as the Leader of the Council may wish to make to the Council.
7. QUESTIONS UNDER STANDING ORDER 20(b)
The list of questions received will be circulated at the meeting. Where a member has submitted more than one question, their second and subsequent questions will not be answered until all other members' first questions have been dealt with.

8. APPOINTMENTS
To make alterations as required in the membership of committees and other bodies which are not subject to proportionality rules, and to make any other member appointments necessary.
9. SOUTH EAST PLAN: FINAL SUB REGIONAL POLICY ADVICE TO THE SOUTH EAST ENGLAND REGIONAL ASSEMBLY(to follow)
To consider the report of the Leader/Cabinet following consideration of a response by the Cabinet at its meeting on 28 November 2005. The report considered by the Cabinet has been circulated previously to all members of the County Council. It can be found at:

10. COUNTY COUNCIL POLICY FRAMEWORK
To consider the report of the Leader/Cabinet recommending an amendment to the Constitution in relation to plans which form part of the County Council's policy framework.
11. PROJECT INTEGRA
To consider the report and recommendations of the Policy and Resources Scrutiny and Select Committee. The report considered by the Committee and links to the evidence received and background documents taken into consideration during the in-depth analysis of Project Integra has been published previously. 12.THE ROLE OF INDEPENDENT MEMBERS OF THE STANDARDS COMMITTEE
To consider the report and recommendations of the Governance Committee following its consideration of current issues vis a vis the appointment of independent persons to the Standards Committee.
13. GROWTH IN USE OF DOMESTIC FIREWORKS: NOTICE OF MOTION
To consider a notice of motion submitted by Councillor D. Gillett calling for the County Council to press government and the Local Government Association to review current legislation.
14. HIGHER STANDARDS, BETTER SCHOOLS FOR ALL WHITE PAPER: NOTICE OF MOTION
To consider a notice of motion submitted by Councillor Brian Dash calling for Education services to remain accountable to local people and for concerns expressed in the motion to be put to the Secretary of State for Education and Skills.

a) To receive the report of the Authority;
