To consider the report of the Director of Environment on proposed environmental and highways improvements in Swanmore Centre, at and around the junction between Church Road and New Road.

6. PROJECT APPRAISAL: ALTON ACCESSIBILITY - PHASE II

To consider the report of the Director of Environment on various improvement works in Alton town centre, including road signs, street lighting and pedestrian access/safety.

7. PROJECT APPRAISAL: YEW TREE DRIVE, WHITELEY

To consider the report of the Director of Environment on the costs of construction of a new roundabout on Botley Road, including a bus, cycle and pedestrian link between Botley Road and Yew Tree Drive.

8. PROJECT APPRAISAL: REGENERATION OF OLDER URBAN AREAS - TOWN QUAY, FAREHAM

To consider the report of the Director of Environment on proposed environmental improvements at Town Quay.

RECOMMENDATION:
