To consider the report of the Chief Executive seeking the allocation of £10,000 per year from the Community Strategy budget, for a three year period to each of the eleven LSP's in order to support the costs associated with the running and co-ordination of the LSP's and associated projects from April 2006 - March 2009.

8. CHARITIES' ANNUAL ACCOUNTS FOR 2004/05

      To consider the report of the County Treasurer setting out the accounts for seven charities registered with the charity commission for which the County Council acts as sole trustee, and which are under the remit of the Executive Member for Policy and Resources

      To consider the confidential report of the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services seeking approval for the grant of a 35 year lease of the 2.15 hectares (5.3 acres) of Ringwood Junior School detached playing field at Parsonage Barn Lane to Ellingham and Ringwood Rugby Club to enable improved sports and recreational facilities to be provided.

    15. PURCHASE OF NOMINATION RIGHTS KEY WORKER RENTAL HOUSING, MOUNTAIN ASH, COMPTON

        To consider the confidential Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services seeking approval to secure nomination rights to housing at Moutain Ash, Compton as part of the affordable homes and key worker strategy.
