6. REVENUE BUDGET AND PRECEPT 2006/07 AND PROVISIONAL BUDGET 2007/08

To consider a report of the County Treasurer which proposes recommendations to the County Council on the 2006/07 revenue budget and the council tax, based on the budget guidelines approved by Cabinet on 19 December 2005, and sets out the provisional budget for 2007/08.

7. CAPITAL PROGRAMME 2006/07 TO 2009/10

To consider a report of the County Treasurer on the proposed capital programme for 2006/07 to 2009/10, and seeking agreement of the recommendations to the County Council.
