CLAIM - UPDATE
To consider a report of the Chief Executive seeking approval of the final LPSA2 and support for the management arrangements for pump priming and reward grant, and performance monitoring.
7. LYONS INQUIRY INTO LOCAL GOVERNMENT
To consider a report of the Chief Executive seeking approval of a response to the consultation on the role of local government to meet the deadline of 13 March 2006 and to examine the public's views in relation to the role of local government to determine if further work should be undertaken to inform the Lyons Inquiry as it continues.
8. PLANNING-GAIN SUPPLEMENT - RESPONSE TO GOVERNMENT PROPOSALS
To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval of a draft County Council response to the Government consultation on planning-gain supplement.
9. STRATEGIC PROPERTY REVIEW - PHASES I AND II
To consider a report of the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services reviewing the County Council's policies in relation to its land and buildings.
