To consider the report of the Director of Environment setting out a recommended policy for responding to requests for the extinguishment of highway rights.

3. PROJECT APPRAISAL : CHESTNUT AVENUE, EASTLEIGH - CYCLES

To consider the report of the Director of Environment, together with a project appraisal, on the proposed construction of a shared-use off-road cycle facility in Chestnut Avenue, Eastleigh from Falkland Road roundabout to Nightingale Avenue.
