STRATEGIC PLANNING JOINT ADVISORY PANEL

A meeting of the Strategic Planning Joint Advisory Panel will take place on Thursday, 16 March 2006 at 3.00 pm in The Wellington Room, Elizabeth II Court, The Castle, Winchester when your attendance is requested.

Car parking has been arranged on the top deck car park, Sussex Street. For location see www.hants.gov.uk/map . Please could visitors to The Castle report to Room 100, Chief Executive's Department Reception, Elizabeth II Court - the red brick building which adjoins the car park. You will be issued with a visitor's pass and directed to the Wellington Room. Refreshments will be served from 2.30 pm onwards.

To consider the report of the Hampshire Director of Environment, the Portsmouth Strategic Director of Environment and Transport and the Southampton Executive Director of Development and Sustainability which informs the Panel of the conclusions arising from consultations on the reserve provision for housing.
