To consider the report of the Director of Environment providing details of the latest position on concessionary fares, bus services, rail services and community transport.

14. POSSIBLE TRANSFER OF HIGHWAY WEED-KILLING TO THE DISTRICT COUNCIL AGENCIES (Report herewith)

To consider the possible transfer of weed-treatment from the County Council to district councils.
