1. REVIEW OF HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORT SERVICE DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS - AREA HEADQUARTERS REVIEW
To consider the report of the Director of Environment on the outcome of a review undertaken into area working arrangements.

6. ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT SERVICE PROVIDERS 2006/07
To consider the report of the Director of Environment on the allocation of funds and on proposed agreements with various voluntary sector and other bodies which provide services to support the County Council's Environmental Initiatives.
7. COMMUNITY TRANSPORT AND VEHICLE REPLACEMENT GRANTS
To consider the report of the Director of Environment on the allocation of funds to assist the purchase of community transport vehicles, to be operated by Hart Voluntary Action and Winchester Area Community Action.
8. PROJECT APPRAISAL : HORTON HEATH - TRAFFIC SIGNALS PEDESTRIAN PHASE
To consider the report of the Director of Environment, together with a project appraisal, on the installation of new pedestrian crossing facilities at the existing traffic signals at the junction of Botley Road with Burnetts Lane and Knowle Lane in Horton Heath.
9. PROJECT APPRAISAL : SOUTHAMPTON AIRPORT (PARKWAY) STATION - ACCESSIBILITY SCHEME
To consider the report of the Director of Environment, together with a project appraisal, on various works to improve accessibility at Southampton Airport (Parkway) Station and Southampton International Airport, to include real-time information; public transport infrastructure; a cycleway; and a new railway crossing and cycle parking facilities.
