To receive a presentation by Mr Michael Henson, Managing Director of the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra on a review of the Orchestra's work in Hampshire and its future development.

8 PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD FOR CULTURE

      To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the proposal to establish a cultural services Partnership Board with Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council and Arts Council England, South East.

9 ARTS STRATEGY

      To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the Draft Arts Strategy for 2006-2011.

10 FINANCE AND PERFORMANCE MONITORING 2005/06

To consider the joint report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage and the County Treasurer which provides Members with up-to-date budget and performance information for the financial year 2005/06 and the financial prospects for 2006/07.

11 THE USE OF VOLUNTEERS WITHIN RECREATION AND HERITAGE

      To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage which quantifies the level and nature of the use of volunteers within the Recreation and Heritage Department and explores ways of improving the experience of volunteers and extending the practice.
