To consider the report of the Director of Environment highlighting a number of current issues on the River Hamble.

To consider the report of the Chief Executive on the Harbour Authority's approach on risk and safety.
9 RIVER HAMBLE ESTUARY MANAGEMENT PLAN IMPLEMENTATION FORUM
To receive an outline of the presentation to be given by Dr Steve Fletcher at the River Hamble Stakeholders' Forum on Tuesday 4 April regarding the work and progress of the River Hamble Estuary Management Plan Implementation Forum.
10 ITEMS FOR FUTURE MEETINGS
To consider the report of the Chief Executive on the forward plan of items to be considered at future meetings of the Board.
