5. UPDATE ON SCHEMES IN THE CAPITAL PROGRAMME

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment providing an update on transport schemes within the 2005/06 Capital Programme together with schemes for the 2006/07 Capital Programme.

6. HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE PROGRAMMES 2005/06 AND 2006/07

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment on the progress made on the 2005/06 Highway Maintenance Programme, and on details of the Highway Maintenance Budget and Highway Maintenance Programmes for 2006/07.

7. CAPITAL MINOR WORKS PROGRAMMES 2005/06 AND 2006/07

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment which outlines the progress made with the 2005/06 Capital Minor Works Programme and on details of the 2006/07 Capital Minor Works Programme.

8. TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME 2005/06

    To consider a report of the Head of Technical Services, Havant Borough Council which covers the main programmes of traffic management work completed and ongoing in the borough during 2005/06.

9. CASUALTY REDUCTION PROGRAMME

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment on the progress made on the Hampshire County Council and Hampshire and Isle of Wight Safety Camera Partnership casualty reduction programmes for 2005/06; the proposed shape of the Second Local Transport Plan supported programmes commencing in 2006/07; details of the conclusion of negotiations with the Government over a Second Round Local Public Service Agreement target for road casualties on Hampshire's roads; and future changes to Safety Camera Partnerships' funding and governance arrangements.

10. TRAVEL PLAN PROGRAMMES

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment which provides an update on the workplace and school travel planning programmes in the Havant area and on the Havant Safer Routes to School programme.

11. OTHER HIGHWAY RELATED PROGRAMMES

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment detailing the programmes for Street Lighting, Regeneration of Older Urban Areas, Bridgeworks, Intelligent Transport Systems and Development Related Works for the Havant area.

12. PASSENGER TRANSPORT REPORT

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment which provides details of the latest position on concessionary fares, bus services, Community Transport and the Hayling Ferry.

13. THE POSSIBILITY OF TRANSFERRING HIGHWAY WEED-KILLING TO THE DISTRICT COUNCIL AGENTS

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment on the possible transfer of highway weed killing to district councils as an agency function.
