4. POLICY AND RESOURCES 2005/06 BUDGET MONITORING

    To consider the report of the County Treasurer setting out the final budget monitoring report for 2005/06.

5. CHILDREN'S SERVICES CAPITAL PROGRAMME ISSUES

To consider the report of the Director of Children's Services setting out proposed changes to the 2005/06 and 2006/07 capital programmes.

6. SUPPORT FOR INTERFAITH FORUM

To consider the report of the Director of Human Resources and Director of Children's Services requesting funding to support specific projects associated with the work of the Youth Interfaith Forum and the Faith and Communities Network.

    7. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC

      Recommendation

      That in relation to items 9, 10 and 11 the public be excluded from the meeting, as it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of the proceedings, that if members of the public were present during the items there would be disclosure to them of exempt information within Paragraphs 1, 2 & 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972, and further that in all the circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information, for the reasons set out in the report.
