    To consider the minutes of the River Hamble Harbour Management Committee meeting on 3 May 2006. These minutes are subject to confirmation as a correct record at the next meeting of the Committee.

7 HARBOUR MASTER'S REPORT

To consider a report of the Director of Environment summarising the activities and events on the river since the last meeting.

8 PLANNING AND CONSENTS - UNIVERSAL SHIPYARD

To consider the report of the Director of Environment summarising minor alterations to works at Universal Shipyard and seeking to formalise consent for these alterations.

9 MARINE BILL

To consider the report of the Director of Environment summarising the consultation document `A Marine Bill' as published by Defra on 29 March 2006 and outlining the method proposed for compiling the response of River Hamble Harbour Authority.

10 ITEMS FOR FUTURE MEETINGS

To consider the report of the Chief Executive on the forward plan of items to be considered at future meetings of the Board.

11 DATE OF NEXT MEETING

    To note that the next meeting of the Board will take place at 10.00 am on Friday 14 July 2006 at Warsash Maritime Centre.
