    All Members who believe they have a personal or a personal prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare their personal interest and having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed. The declaration should be made at the time of the relevant debate.

7. PASSENGER TRANSPORT BUDGET STRATEGY

To consider a report of the Director of Environment outlining the 2006/07 and 2007/08 Passenger Transport budget situation and proposing a plan of action to ensure value for money and the containment of expenditure within available budget levels. It also introduces the area review process and the possibility of introducing a new mechanism for the assessment and monitoring of future bus subsidy support. There will be a short presentation on this subject.

To consider a report of the Chief Executive and Director of Environment setting out

issues which the Committee may wish to discuss at future meetings.
