1. PASSENGER TRANSPORT BUDGET STRATEGY

To consider the report of the Director of Environment relating to cost pressures on the bus subsidy budget.

2. CAPITAL PROGRAMME 2006/07 - PROPOSED SUB-PROGRAMMES FOR CASUALTY REDUCTION AND ACCESS TO THE COUNTRYSIDE

To consider the report of the Director of Environment seeking approval to sub-programmes, particularly those relating to casualty reduction. The sub-programme relating to countryside access has been recommended for adoption by the Executive Member for Recreation and Heritage.

3. STREET LIGHTING - EXTENSION OF CONTRACT

To consider the report of the Director of Environment recommending that a one-year extension be granted to the current street lighting maintenance contract.
