19 OCTOBER 2005

To consider a report of the Chief Executive seeking to regularise the minutes

of the Regulatory Committee at its meeting held on 19 October 2005 relating

to the recycling facility for processing of inert construction and demolition

material at Rookery Farm Landfill Site, Botley Road, Swanwick and the

extraction of sand and gravel, constructing a vehicle access and environmental

banks, restoration of lakes, woodland and agricultural fields at Downton

Manor Farm, Milford-on-Sea.

7. APPEAL DECISIONS

The Committee is requested to note the appeal decisions received in respect of

the Green Composting and Recycling Site, Blackmoor Estate, Blackmoor and

Ridge Quarry, Ridge Lane, Ridge near Romsey.
