2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

    All members who believe that they have a personal or personal prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare their personal interest and having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9,10,11 and 12 of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is being discussed. The declaration should normally be made at the time of the relevant debate.

6. YOUTH SERVICE ANNUAL REPORT 2005/2006

    To consider a report of the Director of Children's Services summarising the progress and achievements of Hampshire County Youth Service over the last year in relation to nationally set targets and on meeting the targets contained in the Transforming Youth Work Development Plan for 2005/06.

7. TARGETED YOUTH SUPPORT PATHFINDER

    To consider a report of the Director of Children's Services outlining the activities involved and the progress made in the Hampshire Pathfinder project.

8. PROJECT DEVELOPMENT GRANTS 2006/07

    To consider a report of the Director of Children's Services identifying those youth organisations which have applied for project development grants since the last meeting of the Panel.

9. YOUTH SERVICE WORK IN THE RUSHMOOR DISTRICT

    To consider a report of the County Education Officer providing information on the youth work in the Rushmoor district which is managed and supported by Hampshire County Youth Service.

County Councillors attending as appointed members of this panel or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the Chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.

Independent Members similarly qualify for payment of travelling expenses.
