    4. MARINE BILL - COUNTY COUNCIL RESPONSE

      To consider the report of the Director of Environment summarising the most important aspects of the Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) consultation document on proposals for a Marine Bill, and setting out the suggested response from the County Council.

    5. CHILDREN'S SERVICES CAPITAL PROGRAMME ISSUES

      To consider the report of the Director of Children's Services setting out proposed changes to the Children's Services Capital Programme for 2006/07.

    6. PROPOSAL TO INVEST IN CRICKLADE THEATRE, "THE LIGHTS", ANDOVER

      To consider the joint report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage and Director of Children's Services summarising The Lights Business Plan and seeking approval to partnership funding with Test Valley Borough Council towards the running costs.

    7. OUTSIDE BODY APPOINTMENT - MANYDOWN JOINT DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE (JDC)

      To consider the report of the Chief Executive concerning the appointment of Councillor Knight to the Manydown JDC.

    8. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC

    Recommendation

      That in relation to the following items the public be excluded from the meeting, as it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of the proceedings, that if members of the public were present during the items there would be disclosure to them of exempt information within Paragraphs 1,2 and 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972, and further that in all the circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information, for the reasons set out in the reports.
