To consider a report of the County Treasurer and Director of Environment which summarises the Environment service's spending in 2005/06 and recommends that the final accounts for 2005/06 be approved.

8. CAPITAL PROGRAMME - PROGRESS AND AMENDMENTS

To consider a report of the Director of Environment which considers progress and revisions to the 2005/06 capital programme.

9. CAPITAL PROGRAMME - SUB-PROGRAMMES

To consider a report of the Director of Environment which puts forward programmes for the use of the allocations for Rail Stations and Interchanges,

Public Transport Information and Air Quality within the 2006/07 Integrated Transport Capital Programme.

10. RESPONSE TO GOVERNMENT CONSULTATION ON DRAFT SOUTH EAST PLAN

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval of the proposed County Council response to Government consultation on the

draft South East Plan.

11. ENVIRONMENT POLICY REVIEW COMMITTEE FORWARD PLAN

To consider a report of the Chief Executive and Director of Environment setting out

issues which the Committee may wish to discuss at future meetings.
