6. EMPLOYMENT EQUALITY (AGE) REGULATIONS 2006

    To consider the report of the Director of Human Resources seeking approval to changes to conditions of services required in consequence of these Regulations.

7. EXCLUSION OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

RECOMMENDATION:

    That the public be excluded from the meeting as it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of the proceedings, that if members of the public were present during Items 8 and 9 there would be disclosure to them of exempt information within Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972, and further that, in all the circumstances, the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the County Council as holder of that information) in Items 8 and 9 for the reasons set out in the reports.
