2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
All Members who believe they have a personal or a personal prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare their personal interest and having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed. The declaration should be made at the time of the relevant debate.

7. HIGHWAYS AGENCY VISIT
(a) To receive a presentation from the Highways Agency on its 2006/07 works
programme and indicative schemes for future years.
(b) To receive a Briefing Note of the Director of Environment which provides
Members with background information to the Area 3 Motorway and Trunk
Road Commission, explains the role of Hampshire County Council staff
involved in Area 3 and outlines the roles and responsibilities of other
organisations involved in the Commission.
8. TERM MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (RAYNESWAY) HIGHWAY PERFORMANCE - ANNUAL REPORT
To consider a report of the Director of Environment which updates Members on
the progress of the Term Maintenance Contract over the past year and summarises
the performance of the contractor Raynesway Construction Southern, the results of
the public surveys relating to the service, partnering initiatives and the future of the
contract.
9. STREET LIGHTING CONTRACT PERFORMANCE - ANNUAL REPORT
To consider a report of the Director of Environment which details the performance
of the street lighting maintenance contract during the first year of the
`Collaborative Working' arrangements.
10. COMPLIMENTS AND COMPLAINTS MONITORING - ANNUAL
REPORT
To consider a report of the Director of Environment which discusses complaints
and compliments and other type of feedback recorded for the Environment
Department between April 2005 - March 2006.
11. ENVIRONMENT DESIGN GUIDELINES FOR HAMPSHIRE'S
HIGHWAYS
To consider a report of the Director of Environment which reviews the current
position of highway signing and highway design features in the rural highway
environment.
12. ECONOMIES IN SUPPORTED BUS SERVICES
To consider a report of the Director of Environment which presents services now
identified for reduction or withdrawal on the basis that they exceed the County
Council's subsidy limit of £2.50 per passenger journey and comments on
operational changes proposed to those Cango services that have so far been
reviewed as part of the local district-wide passenger transport reviews.
13. ENVIRONMENT POLICY REVIEW COMMITTEE FORWARD PLAN
To consider a report of the Chief Executive and Director of Environment setting
out issues which the Committee may wish to discuss at future meetings.

County Councillors attending as appointed members of this Committee or by virtue of
