6. REVIEW OF PRIMARY SCHOOL PROVISION IN THE NORTH AND EAST ANDOVER AREA

To consider a report of the Director of Children's Services seeking a number of decisions following consultation in respect of a review of primary school provision in the north and east Andover area.

7. ANNUAL SUSTAINABILITY REPORT

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking a number of decisions as a result of monitoring the County Council's sustainability performance during 2005/06.

8. COMPREHENSIVE PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT (CPA) - USE OF RESOURCES ASSESSMENT 2006

To consider a report of the Chief Executive outlining changes to the model of assessment for the Use of Resources block in the CPA and details progress in addressing the recommendations made following the 2005 assessment.

9. CAPITAL STRATEGY 2006

To consider a report of the County Treasurer seeking approval of the updated Capital Strategy for 2006.

10. CAPITAL PROGRAMME REVIEW

To consider a report of the County Treasurer and Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services seeking a number of decisions in regard to a review of the Capital Programme for 2006/07 to 2009/10.

11. 2006/07 BUDGET REVIEW

To consider a report of the County Treasurer reviewing the projected outturn for 2006/07 and recommending further action to provide additional balances to cover the risks of a further overspend on Adult Services.

12. EXCLUSION OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

That in relation to Appendices 3 and 4 of item 13, the press and public be excluded from the meeting, as it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of the proceedings, that if members of the press and public were present for these parts of the item there would be disclosure to them of exempt information within paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972, and further that in all the circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information, for the reasons set out in the report.

13. ASHBURTON COURT REPAIR AND REFURBISHMENT PROJECT - PROJECT APPRAISAL

To consider a report of the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services recommending an approach to resolve the problems facing the County Council in respect of its occupation of Ashburton Court.
