To consider the report of the Director of Environment, with attached project appraisal, on the proposed installation of a toucan crossing, shared footway and associated works at Hackwood Road, Basingstoke.

3. PROJECT APPRAISAL: A323 FLEET ROAD, HARTLEY WINTNEY - PUFFIN CROSSING

To consider the report of the Director of Environment, with attached project appraisal, on the proposed installation of a puffin crossing on the A323 Fleet Road at Hartley Wintney, adjacent to the junction with Green Lane.
