1. RE-PROVISION OF SERVICES AT STOCKLANDS OLDER PERSONS HOME, CALMORE, TOTTON

To consider the report of the Director of Adult Services on proposals to consult on the re-provision of services at Stocklands Older Persons Home.

2. SETTING THE FUTURE DIRECTION FOR OLDER PERSONS SERVICES

To consider the report of the Director of Adult Services seeking endorsement of the strategic direction of older persons services.

3. CHANGE TO THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA UNDER WHICH COMMUNITY CARE SERVICES ARE DELIVERED

To consider the report of the Director of Adult Services seeking approval for the consultation process to move to eligibility criteria to critical.

4. ADULT SERVICES BUDGET MONITORING FOR PERIOD 1 APRIL 2006 TO 31 MAY 2006

To consider the report of the County Treasurer and Director of Adult Services.

5. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC

RECOMMENDATION:

That in relation to items 6 and 7 the public be excluded from the meeting, as it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of the proceedings, that if members of the public were present during the items there would be disclosure to them of exempt information within Paragraphs 1, 2 & 3 of Part 1 of
Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972, and further that in all the
circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exemption
outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information, for the reasons set
out in the report.
