1. PROJECT APPRAISAL : HAVANT QUALITY BUS PARTNERSHIP - PASSENGER INFRASTRUCTURE AND INFORMATION IMPROVEMENTS
To consider the report of the Director of Environment, with attached project appraisal, on the improvement of public transport infrastructure and information provision in Havant Borough, to include raised boarding kerbs, bus stop clearways, new bus stop poles and new bus shelters.
2. PROJECT APPRAISAL : SOUTHAMPTON - WATERSIDE QUALITY BUS PARTNERSHIP - PASSENGER INFRASTRUCTURE AND INFORMATION IMPROVEMENTS
To consider the report of the Director of Environment, with attached project appraisal, on the improvement of public transport infrastructure and information provision on the Waterside to Southampton bus corridor, to include raised boarding kerbs, bus stop clearways, new bus stop poles and new bus shelters.
3. PROJECT APPRAISAL : ANDOVER QUALITY BUS PARTNERSHIP - PASSENGER INFRASTRUCTURE AND INFORMATION IMPROVEMENTS
To consider the report of the Director of Environment, with attached project appraisal, on the improvement of public transport infrastructure and information provision in Andover, to include raised boarding kerbs, bus stop clearways, new bus stop poles and new bus shelters.

4. 2006/07 CAPITAL PROGRAMME - COMMUNITY TRANSPORT
To consider the report of the Director of Environment on the allocation of
funds to assist with the purchase of community transport vehicles, to be
operated across the County, the introduction of replacement services and the
implementation of community transport initiatives in Basingstoke, Fareham
and Gosport.
5. 2006/07 CAPITAL PROGRAMME - PROGRESS AND REVISIONS
To consider the report of the Director of Environment seeking approval to
various revisions to the Environment Capital Programme.
6. REVENUE BUDGET MONITORING 2006/07
To consider the report of the County Treasurer and Director of Environment
on management of the Revenue Budget for the current year.
7. TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER : A3 SECTION 5 HORNDEAN -
30 MILES PER HOURS SPEED LIMIT
To consider the report of the Director of Environment on proposals to introduce a new Traffic Regulation Order to reduce to 30 miles per hour the section of 40 miles per hour speed limit on the A3 Portsmouth Road, south from the existing 30 miles per hour limit in Horndean to Keydale Avenue junction.
8. LOCAL BUS SERVICE 73 : PETERSFIELD - BORDON
To consider the report of the Director of Environment on proposals to continue
funding for the experimental bus service 73 Petersfield - Bordon until
31 March 2007 in order to complete the Bordon/Whitehill Local Area
Agreement Accessibility Pilot Project.
9. ABANDONMENT OF PROPOSALS FOR THE HYTHE LINK ROAD
To consider the report of the Director of Environment on proposals to abandon
the proposed construction of the Hythe Link Road.
10. PROJECT APPRAISAL : BRIGHTON HILL, BASINGSTOKE -
PEDESTRIAN ACCESS IMPROVEMENTS
To consider the report of the Director of Environment, with attached project
appraisal, on the construction of pedestrian access improvements at
Brighton Hill, Basingstoke.
11. PROJECT APPRAISAL: CHAPEL HILL, BASINGSTOKE -
PEDESTRIAN CROSSING
To consider the report of the Director of Environment, with attached project
appraisal, on the construction of a controlled Puffin crossing on Chapel Hill, Basingstoke.
12. PROJECT APPRAISAL : HOLT LANE, HOOK - CYCLES
To consider the report of the Director of Environment, with attached project appraisal, on the implementation of a shared pedestrian and cycle track from the Holt Lane housing development to the village centre, Hook.
13. PROJECT APPRAISAL : SANDHURST ROAD, YATELEY -
PEDESTRIAN FOOTWAY
To consider the report of the Director of Environment, with attached project appraisal, on the implementation of a hard - surfaced pedestrian footway
along Sandhurst Road, Yateley from the junction of Weybridge Mead to the Bracknell Forest Borough Council border.
14. PROJECT APPRAISAL : WINCHESTER CAR PARK INFORMATION SYSTEM
To consider the report of the Director of Environment, with attached project appraisal, on the implementation of a car park information system, including the installation of eight variable message signs in Winchester.
