To consider the report of the Chief Executive on applications for financial assistance from voluntary organisations and other bodies.

To consider the report of the County Treasurer summarising the current position on the monitoring of the revenue budget and capital programme.
4. ANNUAL IT PERFORMANCE REPORT 2005/06
To consider the report of the County Treasurer detailing the annual IT performance report for 2005/06.
5. APPROACH FOR COMMISSIONING A SECOND DATA CENTRE
To consider the report of the County Treasurer setting out the case for moving forward to the next stage for the commissioning of a Second Data Centre for the County Council.
6. FOOD SERVICE PLAN
To consider the report of the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services detailing the Food Service Plan for 2006/07.
7. CONTRACTS FOR THE SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY
To consider the report of the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services summarising the results of the tendering exercise to supply electricity to the County Council's medium and large sites and seeking approval for the actions taken to appoint the supplier that made the lowest overall offer in each of the two categories.
8. BASING HOUSE, GRANGE FARM
To consider the report of the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services
seeking approval to the completion of detailed proposals for the options for enhancing the visitor experience at Grange Farm, the submission of a bid to the Heritage Lottery Fund and any other relevant funding and continue discussions with other potential funding partners, including Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council.
9. EVELYN MACE EDUCATIONAL TRUST SCHOLARSHIP
To consider the report of the County Treasurer on applications for scholarships.
10. OUTSIDE BODY APPOINTMENTS
To consider the report of the Chief Executive concerning appointments to Wessex Water Customer Liaison Panel and the Trustee Board for Tadley and District Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB).
11. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
Recommendation
That in relation to the following items the public be excluded from the meeting, as it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of the proceedings, that if members of the public were present during the items there would be disclosure to them of exempt information within Paragraphs 1,2 and 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972, and further that in all the circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information, for the reasons set out in the reports.
