1. BASING HOUSE, GRANGE FARM

To consider the report of the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services and the Director of Recreation and Heritage on proposals for the restoration of the Basing House site and for enhancing the visitor experience at Grange Farm.

2. THE NATIONAL ARCHIVES STANDARD FOR RECORD REPOSITORIES

To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage about the proposed adoption by the County Council of the new National Archives Standard for Record Repositories.

3. REVENUE FUNDING ARTS ORGANISATION PROCESS

To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage about the review of the revenue grant process in relation to Arts Organisations.

4. FINANCE AND PERFORMANCE MONITORING 2006/07

To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage and the County Treasurer giving an update on the current financial and performance situation for the Recreation and Heritage Department for 2006/07, on a proposed allocation from the 2007/08 capital programme and about the 2006 Culture block of the Comprehensive Performance Assessment.

5. ARTS DEVELOPMENT PARTNERSHIP FUNDING 2006/07

To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on applications received for Two for One and Project Partnership funding for the financial year 2006/07.

6. COMMUNITY BUILDINGS FUND 2006/07

To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on requests for partnership funding from the Community Buildings Fund.

7. RECREATION AND HERITAGE ANNUAL REPORT 2005/06

To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage seeking approval to circulate the Recreation and Heritage Annual Report to County Council Members, the Corporate Management Team, partners and interested parties and all appropriate local authorities.

8. EXCLUSION OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

RECOMMENDATION:

That in relation to the following two items, the public be excluded from the meeting during the following, as it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of the proceedings, that if members of the public were present during these items there would be disclosure to them of exempt information within Paragraphs 3 and 4 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, and further that in all the circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information, for the reasons set out in the reports.

9. HAMPSHIRE SCULPTURE TRUST - CONTINUED FUNDING (EXEMPT ITEM - NOT FOR PUBLICATION)

To consider the confidential report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage about the Hampshire Sculpture Trust and the position concerning continued funding.

10. TREADGOLDS MUSEUM, BISHOP STREET, PORTSMOUTH - FUTURE STRATEGY (EXEMPT ITEM - NOT FOR PUBLICATION)

To consider the confidential report of the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services and the Director of Recreation and Heritage on a proposed strategy in relation to Treadgolds Museum, Bishop Street, Portsmouth.
