(a) Apologies
To receive any apologies for absence.
(b) Declarations of Interest
All Members who believe they have a personal or a personal prejudicial interest
in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare their personal interest
and having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12
of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting
whilst the matter is discussed. The declaration should be made at the time of the relevant debate.

To consider forthcoming decisions of the Executive Member for Environment.
(a) Household Waste Recycling Centres Business Case - Contract Retender
To look at the report and recommendations to the Executive Member for
Environment on controls to prevent the deposit of trade waste at Household Waste Recycling Centres.
4. ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION
(a) Prioritising Topics from the Briefing Session
To agree which items from the Briefing Session on 7 September 2006 the
Work Plan will focus on. A summary of the feedback will be provided on the day.
5. THEMATIC WORK GROUPS
To consider issues relating to past, present and future Task and Finish Thematic Work Groups.
(a) Possible Topics for Work Programme
(i) Ranking Mechanism for Local Bus Services (Briefing note attached)
To discuss a possible method for members to influence the criteria.
(ii) Motorway Diversion Routes (Briefing note attached)
To discuss whether this item should be added to the Work Programme.
(ii) Transport in the Community
An update on progress.
