2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
All Members who believe they have a personal or a personal prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare their personal interest and having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed. The declaration should be made at the time of the relevant debate.

4. SURVEY OF ETHICAL GOVERNANCE AT THE COUNTY COUNCIL
To consider the report of the Head of Corporate and Legal Services and Monitoring Officer following a survey of ethical governance at the County Council.
5. COMPLAINT REFERRED TO THE COUNTY COUNCIL BY THE STANDARDS BOARD FOR ENGLAND
To note that, pursuant to the decision of the Hearing Panel established by the Committee to consider a complaint made against Mr A Lovell, a co-opted member of the River Hamble Harbour Board, Mr Lovell attended further training given by the Head of Corporate and Legal Services and Monitoring Officer on 11 December 2006 with particular reference to personal and personal, prejudicial interests. The opportunity was taken to extend the invitation to other co-opted members of the County Council and several attended.
