To consider a report of the Chief Executive seeking approval for the Chief Executive, in consultation with the Leader of the County Council, to be authorised to finalise and submit the Direction of Travel self assessment by the deadline of 10 November 2006, as part of the Comprehensive Performance Assessment regime.

7. AGREEMENT OF FINAL DISABILITY EQUALITY SCHEME FOR PUBLICATION

To consider a report of the Chief Executive seeking agreement of the final Disability Equality Scheme for publication.

8. HOUSEHOLD WASTE RECYCLING CENTRE BUSINESS CASE - CONTRACT PROCUREMENT

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval, in principle, of introducing waste controls including a waste acceptance policy, at all household waste recycling centres in a phased approach from April 2007.

9. LOCAL PUBLIC SERVICE AGREEMENT - REWARD GRANT INVESTMENT PROPOSALS

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval to release the Local Public Service Agreement reward grant to the Environment department as per the investment proposals summarised in Table 1 of the report.

10. 14-19 EDUCATION IN HAMPSHIRE

    To consider a report of the Director of Children's Services setting out the key issues relating to the future direction of education and training for 14-19 year olds in Hampshire and the likely implications for the County Council.

11. LONDON 2012 OLYMPIC AND PARALYMPIC GAMES

    To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage seeking a number of decisions in regard to the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
