1. BASINGSTOKE CANAL OPTIONS APPRAISAL
To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on recommendations for the future management and funding of the Basingstoke Canal, which have been the subject of recommendations from the Basingstoke Canal Joint Management Committee and the Culture and Communities Policy Review Committee.
NOTE:
In order to avoid circulating this rather bulky document twice, recipients of this agenda are requested to bring with them to the decision day their copies of the report as circulated to the Culture and Communities Policy Review Committee.
2. FINANCIAL AND PERFORMANCE MONITORING 2006/07
To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage and the County Treasurer on current budgetary issues and on action being taken to manage the budget within the cash limit.
3. PARTNERSHIP FUNDING FOR VOLUNTARY BODIES AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS 2006/07 - SPORT AND PHYSICAL RECREATION
To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on grant applications submitted by the Hampshire Athletics Association and the Hampshire Hockey Association.
4. COMMUNITY BUILDINGS FUND 2006/07
To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the allocation of funds to community buildings at Abbotts Ann; Bighton; Farnborough; Four Marks and Netley Marsh.
5. ARTS ACTIVITY FUNDING 2007/08
To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on applications received for various arts programmes, community activities, festivals, studios and other arts events, for allocation from the 2007/08 budget when approved.
6. APPOINTMENTS TO OUTSIDE BODIES
To consider the report of the Chief Executive on proposed appointments to:
· Proteus Theatre Company Board.
· Museum of Modern Crafts Board.
· Ashford Hangers Consultative Committee.
