6 HAMPSHIRE PENSION FUND - REVIEW OF BUSINESS PLAN

To consider a report of the County Treasurer reviewing the Hampshire Pension Fund's business plan.

7 REVIEW OF THE FUND'S STATEMENT OF INVESTMENT PRINCIPLES

To consider a report of the County Treasurer reviewing the Statement of Investment Principles.

8 PART-TIME PENSION CLAIMS - UPDATE

To consider a report of the County Treasurer on progress made on pension claims for

part-time workers.

9 ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL BACKGROUND

To consider a report from the Panel's Independent Adviser.

10 EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC

RECOMMENDATION:

That in relation to items 11 and 12 below, the public be excluded from the meeting, as it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of the proceedings, that if members of the public were present during the items there would be disclosure to them of exempt information within Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972, and further that in all the circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information, for the reasons set out in the report.

11 INVESTMENT MATTERS - UPDATE INCLUDING RECENT PERFORMANCE RETURNS (EXEMPT)

To consider an exempt report of the County Treasurer giving an update on investment management arrangements.

12 MANAGEMENT FEES AND TRANSACTION COSTS (EXEMPT)

To consider an exempt report of the County Treasurer regarding management fees and transaction costs.
