1.	PASSENGER TRANSPORT REVIEW AND RETENDERING - EAST HAMPSHIRE

	To consider the report of the Director of Environment on the outcome of tendering, and consequent reconfiguration of bus and other public transport services, in the East Hampshire area.

B	NON-KEY DECISIONS

2.	COMMUNITY TRANSPORT "WHEELS TO WORK" LOTTERY

	To consider the report of the Director of Environment on the development of a county-wide Wheels to Work scheme which would provide assistance with the cost of mopeds which would enable young people to access employment opportunities, particularly in rural areas.

3.	ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN GUIDELINES DRAFT PROGRAMME AND PROGRESS REPORT

	To consider the report of the Director of Environment on the programme of pilot studies for street furniture and "de-cluttering" of surplus signs on Hampshire roads.


4.	DECOMMISSIONING OF SCHOOL CROSSING PATROL SITE - ABBOTSWOOD JUNIOR SCHOOL, TOTTON

	To consider the report of the Director of Environment on the proposal that the school crossing patrol site at A336 Ringwood Road, Totton be decommissioned.

	A deputation has been notified on this item.

5.	WORKS ON MOTORWAY DIVERSION ROUTES

	To consider the report of the Director of Environment on schemes to improve traffic flow when there are incidents involving the closure of motorways, in particular:

	·	A30 Ringway South, Basingstoke

	·	A27 Titchfield to Sarisbury

	·	North Walls, Winchester

	This decision may be informed by the findings of the Task and Finish group on this subject which is due to meet in the morning of 12 December.

6 7.	PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO GOSPORT PARKING ORDERS To consider the report of the Director of Environment on a request for consent for variation to the Parking Order covering Gosport town centre car parks PROJECT APPRAISAL:VILLAGE INITIATIVE, KINGSCLERE

	To consider the report of the Director of Environment, with attached project appraisal, on the scheme of pedestrian and traffic calming improvements in Kingsclere.

8.	PROJECT APPRAISAL:KIPLING ROAD, EASTLEIGH - TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT

	To consider the report of the Director of Environment with attached budget appraisal, on the scheme for installation of traffic management measures in the form of speed tables and speed cushions in Kipling Road, Eastleigh.

9.	PROJECT APPRAISAL:LEE-ON-THE-SOLENT SUSTAINABLE SUBURBS

	To consider the report of the Director of Environment on a scheme of pedestrian and traffic management improvements at various locations in central Lee-on-the-Solent.

10.	PROJECT APPRAISAL:AMPRESS - LYMINGTON TOWN CENTRE CYCLE TRACK/FOOTWAY

	To consider the report of the Director of Environment, with attached project appraisal, on the scheme to construct an off-road shared cycle track/footway along various roads in the northern parts of Lymington, in particular part of A337 Southampton Road and B3054 Marsh Lane
