      All Members who believe they have a personal or a personal prejudicial interest in any

      matter to be considered at the meeting must declare that personal interest and having regard

      of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed. The

CHILDREN

To consider the decision of the Executive Lead Member for Children Services following the call-in procedure being exercised in accordance with the Constitution. As the basis for discussion, the following documents are attached:-

    A. The decision reached by the Executive Lead Member for Children's Services on 15 February 2007

    B. The original report by the Director of Children's Services.

    C. The statement by the Executive Lead Member for Children's Services giving her reasons for reaching that decision.

    D. The draft Minute of the Children and Young People Policy Review Committee on 13 February, 2007 relating to this item
