6. ASHFIELD TYRE DEPOT, ASHFIELD SAWMILL, ROMSEY

    At its last meeting the Regulatory Committee considered a confidential report on Ashfield Sawmill. At that time it was expected that a planning application for tyre processing at the site was to be submitted imminently and consideration of actions by the Committee was deferred. In the event, at the time of producing the papers and agendas for today's meeting, an application has not been forthcoming. Accordingly a full report on the options for enforcement action is being prepared for the Regulatory Committee meeting on 18 April 2007.
